What should I do if the item I would like to order is out of stock?
Please use the Contact page to inquire about out of stock items. I will check if I have the materials and availability to make the item and get back to you.
What should I do if I have a question about a product?
Please use the Contact page if you have any questions about an item and I will do my best to answer them.
Do you take custom orders?
Please use the Contact page to inquire about custom orders. Please include what item you would like made and an approximate size. It is up to my discretion to take custom orders. If I accept your custom order request, a custom listing will be created for you and I will begin creating the item once payment is received.
Orders & Shipping
What is your cancellation, exchange, refund, & return policy?
If you would like to cancel your order before it is shipped, please let me know as soon as possible by replying to your order email.
I do not grant returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, I only ship within the United States due to customs, taxes, and regulations.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
My current processing time can be found at the top banner of our site.

How long does it take for my order to arrive once it’s shipped?
Shipping times vary. An estimated shipping time should populate when you select your shipping method. Please keep in mind that the postal service can run into delays which could delay delivery.
I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, what should I do?
Accidents happen! if you place an order and realize the address is incorrect, please reply to your order with the correct address as soon as possible so I can fix it.
What should I do if I think my package is lost?
If your order is in transit but has not moved in a few days, please reply to your order email and I will work with USPS to figure out what is going on.
What so I do if my package is marked as delivered but I cannot find it?
USPS can sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely. Here are some of my recommendations:
1) Check around your home, near the mailbox, on the porch etc.
2) Ask other members of your household if maybe they brought it in
3) Check that the shipping address was entered correctly
4) Check with neighbors, talk with your mailman to see where he left it
5) Most importantly, I highly recommend either visiting or calling your local USPS and providing them with the tracking number and letting them know it says delivered but you are unable to find it. Their system has GPS coordinates in which they should be able to locate where they marked it as delivered.
What should I do if my item arrived damaged?
I am sorry that the item(s) arrived damaged! Please reply to your order delivered email with a description and photos of the damage.
Materials
What yarn do you use for your items?
Most large plushies are made with Chenille Home Slim and Sweet Snuggles Lite from Michael's as well as Bernat Blanket.
Small plushies are made with Parfait Chunky from Premier Yarns.
What do you use to stuff your plushies?
I use Poly-Fil premium polyester fiber fill.
Other
How do I clean crocheted items?
If possible, spot clean with room temperature water and a washcloth. A gentle soap can be used if needed.
If the entire item is dirty, hand wash with room temperature water and air dry.
